About

Let me tell you a little about myself. My first position as a Social Worker was in treatment foster care in West Baltimore. I fell in love with this complicated city and have called it home ever since. My large family and my travel experiences as a military kid shaped who I am and how I practice therapy. CBT is my passion and I firmly believe the therapeutic relationship is the most important aspect of therapy.
