What to Expect
Learning how to manage your symptoms
If you are entering into treatment for one of the following disorders: GAD, Specific Phobia, Panic Disorder, Social Anxiety, OCD, Emetophobia, Health Anxiety and BFRD’s, you can expect to learn a protocol to begin to manage your symptoms. Practicing this protocol and begining to work on a mutually agreed upon action plan will determine the rate in which you progress. I find that the more I can encourage my clients to work outside of session, the more beneficial therapy will be.
